Lake Tahoe Community College’s first on-campus housing

LTCC’s first-ever on-campus residence hall is officially open and welcoming students. This modern facility features single- and double-occupancy rooms with everything you need to live and learn in the heart of campus. Enjoy comfort, privacy, and convenience just steps from class.

Every room comes fully furnished, including a twin bed, desk, chair, and storage closet for each resident. Plus, you'll have a kitchenette area for quick meals and snacks. The residence hall also features spacious lounges, quiet study areas, and access to a fully equipped shared kitchen—bringing the comforts of home to a vibrant student community.

Qualifications

To qualify for the on-campus residence hall, you must be a California resident or AB 540 student with demonstrated financial need, as determined by eligibility for Pell Grants, Cal Grant, AB 540/Dream App, and/or Board of Governor fee waiver. To make sure you qualify, complete and submit your federal FAFSA application at the earliest opportunity.
