Lake Tahoe Community College’s first on-campus housing
LTCC’s first-ever on-campus residence hall is officially open and welcoming students. This modern facility features single- and double-occupancy rooms with everything you need to live and learn in the heart of campus. Enjoy comfort, privacy, and convenience just steps from class.
Every room comes fully furnished, including a twin bed, desk, chair, and storage closet for each resident. Plus, you'll have a kitchenette area for quick meals and snacks. The residence hall also features spacious lounges, quiet study areas, and access to a fully equipped shared kitchen—bringing the comforts of home to a vibrant student community.

Meal Plan Purchase is required for residence hall students. The cafeteria serves lunch and dinner Monday-Thursday when classes are in session. The cafeteria is also open for limited à la carte service (not included in meal plan cost) in August and for certain days during breaks between academic terms. The meal plan fee for each term is billed separately and is due at the same time as housing fees.

Housing, meal plan, and parking fees are billed to student accounts each term. Students may apply available financial aid awards to defray any or all of housing and meal plan fees. Students are responsible for ensuring that financial aid applications are submitted in a timely manner, and housing fees are due and payable regardless of whether financial aid has been approved. If financial aid awards do not cover all housing fees due for the term, students may pay the balance by the due dates indicated above or may divide the amount due into three equal monthly payments.
All financial aid assignments and payment plans must be arranged with the Fiscal Office and finalized by the due dates shown above.

Qualifications
To qualify for the on-campus residence hall, you must be a California resident or AB 540 student with demonstrated financial need, as determined by eligibility for Pell Grants, Cal Grant, AB 540/Dream Act, and/or Board of Governors fee waiver. To make sure you qualify, complete and submit your federal FAFSA application at the earliest opportunity.
