LTCC offers AA degrees in a wide variety of subjects, from Anthropology and Art to Forestry and Wilderness Education & Outdoor Leadership.
Associate Degrees for Transfer AA-T/AS-T
LTCC offers associate degrees for transfer that guarantee students a seat at a California
State University in their chosen major. We offer both Associate in Arts (AA-T) and
Associate in Science (AS-T) degrees. Complete 90 units at LTCC, get your Associate
Degree for Transfer, and you're guaranteed a seat in the CSU system to finish the
remaining units for your bachelor's.

Certificate Programs
Our Certificates of Achievement give you the knowledge and hands-on training you need
to enter or advance in a specialized career. The coursework you complete while earning
your Certificate can also be applied to an Associate Degree to further increase your
employability and your post-college earnings.
Employable Skills Training
Earning an Occupational Skills Certificate will help you to develop job skills in a special area of education in a short period of time. Successful completion may certify that you are prepared with job entry skills leading to a full Certificate of Achievement program, or skills to upgrade or advance in an existing career.

ADVANCE
ADVANCE is a collaborative network of local organizations, government offices, and employers working together to support adults to help them meet their career, education, and personal goals. These goals can include improving current employment prospects, completion of a high school credential, entering college or career training, and connecting job seekers with high-demand, local industry needs.
English as a Second Language
The non-credit English as a Second Language (ESL) program at Lake Tahoe Community College is designed as a series of sequential courses, ranging from Low Beginning through Advanced levels of English proficiency. The sequential curriculum, based on an integrated set of student learning outcomes, provides instruction through each strand of learning: listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
CONNECT
Lake Tahoe Community College's CONNECT Community Education program provides community members of all ages with non-credit opportunities for education, enrichment, and adventure. CONNECT workshops cover a wide range of interests, from cooking and fitness to professional development and kids camps.
