4 Foundations of Mindfulness
Learn about the building blocks for healthy mindfulness from LTCC faculty member Karla Johnston. You'll improve your mindfulness skills, bring peace to your mind, and improve your interpersonal relationships. All students & staff are welcome to these free sessions!
Takes place on these Wednesdays: June 7, 14 and 21, all at 1pm in the Roberta Mason Library at LTCC.
