We configure Google Analytics to retain event-level data for the platform's maximum duration (up to 50 months). Meta retains Pixel data per its Business Tools Terms. LTCC does not combine tracking data with education records or personally identifiable information.

Note: The Site uses Modern Campus Omni CMS, which sets essential session cookies for core functionality. Disabling them may affect performance or accessibility.

Information Sharing and Disclosure

LTCC does not sell, rent, or trade personally identifiable information. We share information only:

  • To protect LTCC networks or public safety

FERPA: Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act

FERPA (20 U.S.C. §1232g) protects the privacy of student education records containing personally identifiable information maintained by the institution. These records may include, but are not limited to: academic records, financial aid data, enrollment forms, biographical info, and disciplinary history.

Parents or eligible students have the right to inspect and request corrections to records as outlined in the District’s policy BP/AP 5040.

LTCC shares education records only with authorized service providers under FERPA-compliant agreements and does not release personally identifiable student data without consent unless permitted by law.

Do Not Track

The Site does not respond to Do Not Track (DNT) browser signals. However, users can manage cookie settings as noted above.

Data Security

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. While no system is completely secure, LTCC continuously works to safeguard data integrity and prevent unauthorized access.

Data Retention
