Watch a free screening of the documentary film "13th" and then join us for a lively discussion on Tuesday, Feb. 23 from 5pm-7pm! "13th" is a film that explores the intersection of race, justice and mass incarcertation in the United States. Titled after the Thirteenth Amendment to the U.S. Constitution, the film looks at how involuntary servitude was ended by the amendment - except as a punishment for being convicted of a crime.
