Focusing on interpersonal skills and group dynamics. Covers key hospitality leadereship and management issues.
 
Food Systems & Controls
May 7, 2024 - June 5, 2024
Tuesday + Wednesday, 1:30 pm - 4:30 pm
Operational control processes, control systems, and cost analysis procedures in food and beverage management.

About the LTCC/WSU Everett Partnership

In 2018, Lake Tahoe Community College entered into an agreement with Washington State University, a top-tiered research institution, to offer a degree in Hospitality Business Management (HBM). Courses are offered on campus at the Lisa Maloff University Center through WSU Everett.

WSU’s School of Hospitality Business Management awards over $125,000 in scholarships annually. The Carson College of Business awarded its students over $800,000 during the 2019-2020 academic year; scholarships range from $500 to $5,000 per recipient per year, and students are eligible to receive more than one scholarship.
