Veterans: Units for Military Service

Veterans may be awarded up to 4 units based on military service.

Veterans who have an honorable discharge (as certified on their DD214) will be granted two quarter units of Physical Education credit.
Veterans with a minimum of one year of active duty (who have an honorable discharge) will be granted two quarter units of elective credit.

If you qualify, the units will be posted to your transcript after you complete your first successful quarter at Lake Tahoe Community College.
