Although the college does not provide housing for students, we hope to ensure that LTCC students have information about housing options to assist in their housing search. We suggest students start their search for housing several months before their expected move in date The inclusion of any apartment or agency on the list does not represent an endorsement of services or facilities, nor does it guarantee vacancies. Please be aware that Lake Tahoe Community College does not inspect any housing facilities. We do not assume responsibility for the condition of these housing facilities, or for the character of any applicant, landlord or tenant.

Tahoe Pines Apartments is a multi-family apartment complex centrally located and nestled among pine trees. This complex offers 28 two and three bedroom units among 7 different buildings, along with a laundry room.
Tahoe Valley Townhomes
Tahoe Valley Townhomes comprise 70 one, two and three bedroom units. In addition to a laundry facility, it has a community multi-purpose room with use of computers for tenants and a play-ground for smaller children.
