18. Documentation related to SLO assessment stored in shared drive: The College maintains a large amount of SLO assessment data in its shared drive which is accessible onsite.
20. Implementation schedule/program of TracDat software use: Self study evidence citation III.82 contains the implementation schedule for TracDat software. This schedule was recently updated based on the feedback received during attendance at the Student Success Conference session on TracDat that was attended by Aaron McVean—The Director of Institutional Research and Planning and Kurt Green—Interim Dean of Instruction and SLO Coordinator.

25. Status of security provisions being assessed as part of Project View: The following timeline highlights the security provisions that are being assessed as part of Project View.
- March 3, 2011: Security is detailed as a priority in the L56 – Project Priorities list from Larry Vera.
- March 15, 2011 - Mentioned throughout the Project VIEW charter, but specifically addressed on page 28. The charter is represented by self-study evidence citation II.77
- March 15-17, 2011 – Agenda for consulting with Larry Vera when security was discussed with IT.
- June 2011 – The draft LTCC Colleague Security Map detailing a review of Colleague security.
- July 18, 2011 – The report to the campus of progress on the project priorities including security.
- October 2011 – The latest draft of proposed security class assignments resulting from the additional Colleague Security Strategy Consulting that he participated in during the month of September.
26. Result of dialog and analysis regarding restructuring administrative positions. Analysis and dialogue are ongoing through faculty committees and the President's Council.
