Late Registration for Online Courses

You may register via WebReg for online courses through Friday of the first week of class if space is available.  During the second week of the course (or if the course is full during the first week), you may still be able to enroll with the permission of the instructor.

IMPORTANT!  Students should always register prior to the first day of class.  Late registration is allowed only upon approval of the instructor and/or dean.
Instructors may deny your request if space is unavailable, you have missed class meetings/assignments, or other instructional reasons apply.

If you or the instructor are outside the Tahoe area, you may use the Online Course Late Registration Permit (PDF).  If you need to pay enrollment fees or non-resident tuition, please also submit the Credit Card Authorization Form.  This form can be downloaded in PDF format from the Admissions & Records Forms page.

It is the student's responsibility to request the instructor's permission via e-mail or fax.  If approval is obtained, the student must complete the form and return it to the Admissions & Records Office for processing by Friday of the second week of class.  Please note that the Admissions & Records office closes at NOON on most Fridays.  The form and related documentation may be submitted in person or by fax (see form for fax number).  Students are encouraged to register as soon as possible to avoid missing out on instruction.

Instructor contact information is located on the Info section for each course listed on the Online Courses page for the quarter.
